Wedding Co-ordinator

We’re committed to helping every Bride and Groom realise their wedding day dreams and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Wedding Co-ordinators.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer relationship skills; you’ll meet with Brides and Grooms to discuss their wedding catering requirements, guide them on timings and offer advice to help them choose their ultimate wedding menu.

Experience within the Events or Hospitality Industries is desirable. Great office administration skills are key to your success in this role. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with both clients and your team members.

We’re looking for someone with confidence who can build an instant rapport with clients and inspire them by being as passionate about their wedding food as they are.

You’ll need to deal with all enquiries and correspondence for the team, promptly and efficiently being sure to log all details of the client communication on their record.

You’ll plan and manage schedules ensuring that all booking diaries and systems are kept up to date at all times.

You’ll provide catering support for all conference and banqueting operations, weddings, themed events and Christmas functions.

You’ll liaise and support the Food and Beverage team to ensure the smooth running of weddings and events
