Our Expert Help When You Need It
Most of the wedding venues we work with don’t use set menus which means you can come up with a unique wedding breakfast menu that works for you. It is part of our job as wedding caterers to ensure that your choices can be cooked beautifully onsite at your chosen wedding venue and served to all your guests simultaneously.
I remember from personal experience that the dish I had in mind for the main course of my wedding breakfast wasn’t suitable because I’d only considered how I cooked it at home as a romantic meal for two and not factored in how a chef approaches a meal for 80! Jenkinsons were fabulous at advising me though and together we found a variation which kept the essence of the dish alive but meant the chef could cook it perfectly for all 80 guests.
So if your starting point is that you don’t want a ‘traditional’ wedding breakfast then don’t worry, we have some great ideas to help your wedding breakfast stand out and be remembered as a culinary triumph.
If you dream of a Summer Wedding where your guests can relax and enjoy the stunning gardens and grounds of your chosen wedding venue, an ice cold beer or a refreshing glass of Pimms in hand, then you might like to consider BBQ Wedding Breakfast.
Imagine your guests’ delight as the gentle summer breeze carries over the tantalising promise of a truly unforgettable chargrilled and succulent 4oz Prime Staffordshire Sirloin Steak served to the table straight off the BBQ. Or Jamaican Style Jerk Chicken Fillets served hot and sizzling with a Sweet Mango Cashew Nut Crunch Salad to temper the spices, delicious!
If your wedding is booked for the winter months then what about an informal ‘gastro pub’ menu of Warming Soup for starter followed by Beef Bourguignon or Bangers & Mash; a generous portion of our specially selected rustic spicy Cumberland sausages served with buttery mashed potatoes, peas and a simply delicious gravy.
These are just a couple of ideas, we really are wedding caterers with imagination, so put us to the test and let’s find the perfect wedding breakfast for you.
