It is very rare that we cater for a wedding where there are no guests with special dietary requirements.
It’s something that you should ask guests to advise you of when they RSVP to your wedding invitations. That way, we can suggest a few suitable dishes which both complement your wedding breakfast menu and meet their specific requirements.
When either the Bride or the Groom have made the choice to be either vegetarian or vegan it is not uncommon for them to design their entire wedding menu in line with their preferences, as was the case when we met with Laura and Stuart.
Laura and Stuart were passionate about designing a truly sensational vegan wedding menu which all their guests could enjoy.
A vegan diet contains only plants, such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits, and foods made from plants.
Vegans don’t eat foods that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs.
Laura and Stuart had their vegan wedding at Pendrell Hall in South Staffordshire.
They were such an amazing couple to work with, together we came up with a sensational vegan wedding menu.
Following their emotional ceremony in The Morning Room at Pendrell Hall, the couple treated guests to some divinely sweet vegan tarts.
