A-ma-zing! A Divine Wedding Menu
It’s crazy how much we love catering for weddings at Pendrell Hall and when the gorgeous Rachel and Andrew got married there earlier this year it was sheer perfection!
Canapes to die for!
Following a mesmerizing and emotional ceremony held at St. James’s Church in Audlem they kicked off the drinks reception at Pendrell Hall in style, opting to serve their hungry guests a couple of delicious canapes.

Goat’s Cheese Crostini with Green Tomato Chutney
While the Bride and Groom were having some fun getting a few group shots taken with their loved ones, our chefs were busy cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
Stunning Starter
Their stunning wedding menu began with an enticing starter of Crunchy Filo Parcels filled with Melting Brie and Cranberry served with a Shredded Vegetable Salad and dressed with a tangy Orange and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Crowd Pleasing Main Course
For main course guests were treated to a delicately flavoured dish of Best Chicken Breast stuffed with Apricot Mousseline wrapped in Pancetta with a Citrus and Tarragon Sauce. Fabulous!
Happily Ever Afters
One pudding simply wouldn’t do, Rachel and Andrew chose to serve guests with a miniature version of all three of these mouth-watering desserts – Banoffee Pie, White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake and a Chocolate Sponge Cake with Orange Ganache
