To our Brides & Grooms

Firstly, we wanted to send our best wishes to you and those close to you and hope as one of our valued clients you are coping and staying safe during the current ‘lockdown’ period.

Here at Jenkinson’s, we’re committed to keeping you informed from time to time on what’s happening with the aim of reassuring you that we remain very positive about the future.  So that’s why we wanted to reach out to you now with an update on how we are dealing with the current COVID-19 situation.

Currently, the majority of our team have been placed on Furlough status.

However, we have some members of the senior management team who continue to work remotely to ensure that we can support you if you have any questions over the coming weeks.

If you do have any questions please email us using this this address:

In addition our Wedding coordinators continue with business as normal as far as is possible by conducting Wedding Catering meetings with Brides and Grooms via conference calls and Facetime to make sure we are ready to deliver every Wedding we have committed to as soon as we are allowed to.

We are using our time to formulate plans in conjunction with the Exclusive Wedding Venues and our key suppliers to ensure we are ready to resume normal operations as soon as we are allowed subject to Government advice and guidelines.

Due to the unprecedented nature of what’s currently happening with COVID-19, we’re keeping our teams engaged via regular updates so they too are reassured and in positive mood ready to return to work when the time comes.

It is likely that as of next week more of our team will return to work and be helping us feed 100 Volunteers a day as part of a Staffordshire Council initiative to feed those people that fall into the Vulnerable category.

We have always found that the anticipation of looking forward to something special can help us all through tough times and give us something nice to focus on in the future, we hope it does the same for you too.

We remain optimistic that soon enough we will be back doing what we love delivering great food to special people on their very special day, but in the meantime, we’ll keep in touch with you via further updates

Take care and stay safe

Kindest Regards

Nigel Chaplin
