Butternut Squash, Parsnip and Pecorino Crumble (Main Course) – elegantly served in an individual ramekin per person, under the crisp topping the perfectly cooked root vegetables are ensconced in a delicious creamy sauce, a touch of fresh thyme and rosemary complete this mouth watering dish.

Caesar Salad (Starter) – Zesty, vibrant and packed with flavour, this classic salad features torn heads of romaine lettuce, vivid green and crunchy, lavished with a tangy garlic infused dressing. Large crisp croutons and generous shavings of Gran Padano with a twist of cracked black pepper complete this timeless classic.

Crunchy Filo Parcels filled with Melting Brie and Cranberry (Starter or Main) – served with a shredded vegetable salad dressed with and Orange & Balsamic Vinaigrette
