REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

While We accept that plans change and that You may need to cancel the Event, We have to protect Our own interests as far as We can. To that end, We apply the following cancellation charges in the following circumstances:
(a) cancellation at any time prior to receipt of the initial deposit = discretionary administration fee to cover initial meetings and tastings;
(b) cancellation at any time between payment of the initial deposit and confirmation of final Guest numbers = the initial deposit will be retained; and
(c) cancellation at any time between confirmation of final Guest numbers and the Event = 100% of the Price will be payable.
1.2 Should You wish to cancel the Contract, You should do so in writing sent to Our registered office.
