Tricia Garratt – Senior Sales & Wedding Co-ordinator
Tricia manages her team of enthusiastic Wedding Coordinators in addition to meeting couples at their Personal Consultation where she works with them to create a wedding breakfast menu that is delicious and memorable for all the right reasons. Her wealth of knowledge and attention to detail means couples can relax knowing they are in safe hands. Her choice; fine dining or informal cuisine? – “I love being treated to an elegant meal out but when it comes to a wedding breakfast it’s all about getting it right for the couple; their first meal shared as man and wife should be a reflection of their unique personalities.”

Highly organised and committed to working with you to design your dream wedding food, Kayleigh’s eye for detail and discerning palate makes her a joy to work with. Having very recently got married herself she understands the significance of the wedding breakfast as a key moment in your day.

With a degree in events management and a vast amount of catering experience, Donna has the perfect combination to make your day spectacular. She loves meeting with couples and finding out new and exciting ideas for your wedding day.

Joining the team in 2015, I would say I found my niche, making sure our clients are always happy. My years spent in the industry mean I know as well as anyone that, when all is said and done, these once-in-a-lifetime events are about one person and one person only – the bride! I spend my day creating truly unique events that amaze and dazzle even the most discerning of clients with my enthusiasm, and charismatic personality. My favourite part of the day is that all important first dance, which still makes me emotional.

A natural leader she’s diligent, charismatic and a joy to work with. She takes her responsibilities very seriously and works hard to get every detail right for the happy couple on their wedding day. Becky Adam – The Ashes Wedding Venue Catering Manager

Samuel is our dedicated and experienced Catering Manager on site at Pendrell Hall. He’s there throughout your wedding day to manage every aspect of your wedding catering service. Skilled and enthusiastic, he performs a number of duties and tasks to help ensure your day runs smoothly. His favourite moment – “a heartfelt thankyou at the end of the night from a happy couple knowing myself and my team have played a part to make their day memorable.”

Ann – Rodbaston Hall Catering Manager Ann’s warmth and obvious delight in all things ‘wedding’ endear her to all the couples she meets through her position as Catering Manager at Rodbaston Hall. She oversees the team of Jenkinsons waiting-on staff deployed to lay the dining tables, checking that each place-setting is perfect. Part of her unique skill-set is her attention to detail; she’ll inspect every tablecloth making sure there are pristine and that every glass twinkles.
Ivor – Rodbaston Hall Bar Manager A real people person; Ivor is charming, diligent and takes real delight from seeing the smile on a Bride’s face as she enters the wedding breakfast banqueting hall for the first time. Pride in his work and a genuine commitment to getting it right for the Bride and Groom means that he’s always ready to go that extra mile for our couples.
