Lee is a flexible member of the Jenkinsons team, working at various locations but giving main support to the Cricket Club. Lees background has a wealth of knowledge from call order, banqueting and carvery catering makes Lee the perfect chef for Derby.
Christine Watson - Head Chef
Christine moved from Australia in 1999 where she did her training in North Queensland. Moving to Derby she has worked with Jenkinsons now for over 9 years and takes day to day responsibility for the food operation at the cricket ground, Christine also helps with outside catering for Jenkinsons.
Debbie Dock - Assistant Catering Manager
Debbie takes day to day responsibility for the billing and administration at Derbyshire Cricket Club. Debbie takes food service under her wing and has a wealth of experience in catering. The team is well balanced as Debbie’s personality is calming and allows her to get the best out of the team at Derby.
Kevin Deakin - Storeman
Kevin deals with all day to day supplies, delivering goods to all outlets on site. Kevin has been a face at the Cricket club for more than 5 years and enjoys the challenge of something different every day. He now also works on bars in the evening and helps motivate the team with senior managers.
Abbie Gray - Catering Manager
Abbie has worked for Jenkinsons for over 10 years and has the role of Catering Manager at Derbyshire Cricket Club. Abbie always ensures that the best food and service is available for all the customers that visit the site. Abbies background extends over 15 years, giving her lots of experience in this line of work.
