Richard Clairmonte – Executive Head Chef
Richard completed his training at Tillington Hall and since then has been a chef for many different organisations across the country. Richard has lots of responsibilities, including preparing menus, organising his team and cooking exceptional food at various events! Richard is extremely proud of the food his team produce here at Jenkinsons and we feel his ideas and flare have helped the company maintain their high reputation throughout the catering industry.
Gary Rock – Head Chef

Working at Jenkinsons for14 years Gary started his first shift as a barman, it was soon discovered that he was a qualified chef. Since then he has never looked back and has progressed through Jenkinsons working his way up to head chef. Gary manages all the large events, from the agricultural shows, royal events - including cooking for a private party for the Queen through to catering for 1000s of people. 

Tom Parton – Second Chef

Tom has worked for Jenkinsons for 13 years. Commencing his career with the operations team, Tom then worked his way up into the kitchen to train as a chef. Attending Stafford College alongside on the job training, he progressed through the company and is now second chef. Tom is naturally very good at art, and is well known for his ability and creativity for garnishing buffets.
