Jenkinsons have a proven track record for excellent catering at the Southport Flower Show, in fact we have been their official caterer since 1995 and we can’t wait to welcome this year’s guests to sample some of our sensational event catering at this prestigious event.
The organisers of Southport Flower Show know that we’re experienced and passionate about what we do; we’re reliable, competent, operationally superior and committed to serving great food with a smile.
We have a long history in event catering and have built a reputation for serving exceptional dishes conceived and cooked with love, featuring distinctive flavours, seductive combinations and the very finest ingredients.

One of the highlights of this 4 day event is the Gala Preview Dinner, a black tie event for 300 guests. We welcome guests into the marquee with a glass of champagne and serve some amazing canapés before treating guests to a three course silver service dinner in the Gala Marquee.
The multi Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli was an honoured guest at the 2015 Southport Flower Show and took time out from giving food demonstrations at the Southport Flower Show Food Festival to congratulate our talented chefs on their excellent food, served throughout the 4 day show.
In addition to catering for all the ticketed event dinners and luncheons throughout the Southport Flower Show, we are also delighted to provide a number of retail catering outlets most notably the Central Café where members of the public can purchase a variety of freshly made sandwiches and snacks, cakes and pastries in addition to a large selection of beverages. We also serve delicious hot carvery meals throughout the event.
We thoroughly enjoyed the 2015 Southport Flower Show and can’t wait to return next year with some imaginative dishes for their 2016 Mediterranean Theme.
